OUR MISSION

We are building a community of like minded individuals who want a well rounded base level of tactical fitness to help survive any real life scenario they might encounter. Our purpose is to spread fitness knowledge, specializing in getting people outside their comfort zone. This includes fatigue training, bettering oneself by competing with each other and building a well rounded athlete by getting people as prepared as possible for real life adversity. Whether you are already a first responder, aspire to be one or want to get into elite shape, Tier1 can help you.

At Tier 1 Human Performance we strive to help individuals become physically and tactically fit. Providing online fitness programs ranging from your basic fitness to tactical training. With a team built of Special Operations Forces, Special Operations Group, and SWAT/ First Responders who have not only dedicated their life to serve their communities as well as their country but have taken a personal interest in helping individuals reach their top tier potential!

Training is everything, it’s how you achieve elite status in anything

WHAT IS TACTICAL FITNESS?

In the simplest of terms, it’s training for the unexpected. It encompasses every part of fitness to ensure the body and mind are as prepared as can be for when shit goes sideways. Ever wonder how you would react in situations you see on the news?

Tactical scenario examples-

  • Saving someone from drowning

  • Getting to someone that’s been buried in snow or sand and being able to dig them out fast enough

  • Self defense from attacker or multiple

  • Saving someone else from an attack whether human or animal

  • Being able to flee a situation with the possibility of added weight such as a child

  • Dragging someone to safety

  • CPR or quick medical attention

  • Climbing to safety and lifting own body weight when necessary

  • Pinned against a structure and needing the strength to push away obstacles

  • Being able to do any and all of these while mentally fatigued

Sometimes the news story has a happy ending, and sometimes it doesn’t. More than likely, each person involved wished they were better prepared.
